Some people do not go well with the idea of asking others to pray for them.
I personally do not know how to ask others to pray for me as well until few years ago that I was faced with the situation of life that looked as if the more I prayed, the less I hear God. I thought that I could handle the situation on my own.

I am quite an independent person, and this act of Independence tagged along with me to the place of prayer. I felt weird asking for prayers from people.
But then, I was faced with a tight fixed situation.

Was God speaking? Why couldn’t I hear him?

What do I do now? How do I handle this situation? I was getting frustrated already.

A few days down the line, while I was at choir practice with my gloomy face, a lady walked up to me saying she has had the leading to pray for me for days. She said she wants to be sure I am ok.

I was broken and comforted at the same time, knowing someone somewhere had the impression to pray for me, that definitely means that God cares.
A lot of people reading these have been in my shoes, some have gone past this, some are just arriving, some are still there.

But the question is, how well do you think you can handle your situation yourself? Would you like that someone prayed for you? There is this rest you have knowing someone is on their knees praying for you.
I have shared my own experience and I will also like to provide you with a few tips on how to ask someone to pray for you.
