A few days ago, I was in a word study with a couple of ladies, during the word study, we had a 5 minutes meditation routine on Christ, and a lot of ladies came back with testimonies about how refreshing that moment was.

They said they saw Jesus Christ reassuring them of his promises to them, while I saw the Glorified Christ.

we are in a world filled with challenges, distractions, and pressures. Throughout our day, we are constantly comparing ourselves to others or the world’s standards; but when you meditate on God’s word, it brings peace to your mind because you can focus on all these wonderful promises rather than what is happening outside of yourself
